WHAT TO EXPECT

At Judo classes students learn falling, rolling, ground techniques and Judo throws. Students will learn to fall and throw safely before joining in on sparring (known in Judo as randori). The emphasis is on fun and inclusion. Skills are taught through games and drills and then attempted in randori. As Judo is an individual sport, each person can take it at their own pace.

OUR COACHES

All our coaches are fully certified, accredited and garda vetted.
